Who we are
Hunecke OpCo GmbH builds AI solutions for German industrial and mid-sized companies: software that writes quotes, automates processes and takes real work off teams' plates. We're small, fast, and use AI ourselves every single day.
And we're growing: we're building our own team in Vietnam. For that, we need someone who understands both worlds and holds them together. We're not looking for a stopgap, but for someone to build the coming years with us.
Your role: the person who keeps everything running
You're the managing director's right hand and the bridge between Germany and Vietnam.
- You keep things organized. Inbox, calendar, appointments, documents. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- You keep the numbers in order. Writing invoices, matching receipts, checking incoming payments, preparing everything cleanly for our tax advisor.
- You coordinate with our clients. Scheduling meetings, following up, communicating professionally in German.
- You connect two teams. You pass tasks and information between Germany and our team in Vietnam, and you notice early when something gets lost in translation.
What you bring
- Fluent German (B2): your client emails sound like you grew up in Hamburg
- Vietnamese as your native language
- A way of working where you're told something once, and people can rely on it
- Experience in assistance, office work or bookkeeping
- Bonus: You already use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude and want to work smarter with them
- Availability that overlaps with German business hours
